		<description>Years of experience has taught me that the &quot;talent shortage&quot; is usually due to ineffective human resources and management inability to vocalize the skills &amp; talents needed for a successful employee.  Maybe I should peruse some ads and give these clueless employers a call.

As for the statement that Manpowers bogus &quot;study&quot;  suggests one in five Michigan employers will add workers in the next quarter, what unadulterated bunk!

The question presented only allows for &quot;stay the same, increase, decrease or don&#039;t know&quot;.  There is NO indication that the &quot;10%&quot; of net increase is more than one employee per company, nor is there any indication that decrease does not mean close doors and let go of dozens.

My heart breaks as I watch &quot;experts&quot; report bogus statistics and the state of my home state die.</description>
