I’m a township trustee on Grosse Ile. Our Commerce Park at the G.I. Municipal Airport is “hurting” for tenants. At the MI Twp. Assoc. conference in Gr. Rapids the end of January, I listened to a speaker who was promoting young business leaders given an incubator situation at low overhead costs to develop their entrepreneurial ideas. I’d like to recommend to our airport manager that we turn a vacant bldg. into an incubator and would like more info on how we could bring this about.
