Tens of thousands of job vacancies are currently unfilled in Michigan, according to a new survey by Lansing-based Accident Fund of America:
“The study suggests that as many as 30,940 jobs in Michigan could go unfilled in the near future. This number, combined with the 80,000 jobs currently estimated to be unfilled, indicates Michigan’s high rate of unemployment has more to do with a lack necessary education and training among residents than with a lack of employment opportunities.”
Technology guru Matt Roush just returned from Las Vegas, where a growing battalion of Michigan-based companies make an annual splash at the Consumer Electronics Show.

Why then, do you suppose that a person such as myself with some college education and @61 years of age can I not find a job? I’m healthy motivated, and have at least 20 more years to offer a company. I have over 100 resume’s out and have received no offers.
I was a Real Estate Broker that was in the top 10% of the Greater Lansing area. I have much wisdom, ethics, & loyalty to offer.
Do you suppose it is age????
I once thought Romney had some economics knowledge, but now think only Ron Paul has the knowledge and plan to save the economy.
Paul told us exactly what was happening in the economy and what the consequences were. It happened. He knows what to do.
To save the economy we need Ron Paul in the White House.
