Great Lakes, Great Economy?

Great Lakes, Great Economy? Higher property values and more tourism would be the $50-billion result if the federal government pumped $26 billion into fully cleaning up the Great Lakes.     Is now the time to start a discussion about whether we should re-name DTW something like: GREAT LAKES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
