		<description>Well, that didn't take long!  The Governor appropriated one of the North Coast Project's ideas in her State of the State.  She proposed just such a venture capital pool from state pension assets for promising, job-creating, talent-retaining patents and technologies.  (Of course, her proposal is on a statewide rather than regional basis.)</description>

I especially love the Great Lakes Restoration as a mini Marshall Plan and ending the zero sum game that moves factories from state to state and benefits nobody in the end.</description>
