Michigan needs help, very badly. This increase in high school curriculum requirements will help Michigans economic struggles. Even though many of Michigans youth will not go to college, this increase will help the future nevertheless. Even though students are discourages by these extra requirements, it will only benefit them later in life.

The new and improved changes and requirements for the high school students is greatly needed, rather they will be attending college or not the job market and technology is constanly increasing, it can never hurt to gain knoweledge, and in Michigan's economy it will be necessary to know more so you can better yourself, people should not be afraid of the change, they should be rather exicited instead of discouraging this idea of a better education.

The changes in curriculum requirements will greatly benefit the many graduates across Michigan. Whether or not these graduates continue their education beyond high school, they will still gain from taking extra core classes. They will be well suited for any job, an important qualification in today's economically-struggling Michigan. This more rigorous curriculum plan will advance the mediocre Michigan schools to excellent places of quality educations.
