		<description>Many of our citizens have no confidence in our elected officials.  "Absolutely no one cares what happens to the next person.  In particular politicians who have been elected to represent the interest of the people seem to be representing themselves only."  Examples:  Failure to complete a balanced budget so that the state can continue its business.  Failure to vote on issues afraid that they will not be reelected by their constituents.  Failure to look for alternatives before industries move out of the state.  Playing the "blame game".</description>
