REFORM IDEAS FROM FISHTOWN

You might think there's little to worry about in the delightful Lake Michigan hamlet of Leland. Not so, says Leland Public Schools Business Manager Sandra Potts. She spent her summer reading obscure school audits and lobbying legislators on ways to make Michigan schools more efficient. She's listed $97 million worth of potential savings from a variety of statewide reform ideas. Her ideas gore quite a few oxes. Check 'em out.
