'Loved' But Not In 'High Demand'

Seventy-five thousand dollars is about the annual taxpayer cost of one state government employee. It's also the anticipated savings from the DNR's decision to close 20 wilderness campgrounds this summer. The DNR said those campgrounds weren't paying for themselves. In this era of big budget deficits, the DNR also actually cut some campground fees this year.
