The third leg in the MDM agenda is Effective, Efficient and Accountable Government.
It means:
To achieve those aims, Community Conversations participants recommend such actions as eliminating term limits for legislators, redirecting excessive prison spending to education and infrastructure and revising the state tax structure to make it fairer and less complex.
