Stay focused on the end in mind if you know what it is. Rethink the purpose of government at the State level and clearly define a set of expectations. Asking the question "Why?" five times is a good start to this process. Beating our gums about the 'how' is a total waste of time if you do not clearly understand the 'why'. Part time, term limited or not does not matter. Government at all levels has lost its way. In "Through the Looking Glass" Alice asked the cat which direction she should take. To which the cat responded that if you did not know where you want to go the direction you go in really does not matter. Terms, limited, part or full time, are not a destination.
