Perhaps one of the first things to address is &quot;how did it get this way?&quot;  How many other institutions do we have that are outdated and need a complete overhaul or fresh approach. 		<description>The above website is a blog of a paper I wrote for college.  A few months later the principle of the school I highlighted was having the same basic ideas as what was in my paper.  We need a radical overhaul of the educational system.  This idea could save millions and millions of dollars while making us the most educated and employable state in the Union and in the world.</description>
